☺︎ 90 minutes is the client favorite since it offers enough time to work through problem areas while still being able to relax into a full body session.
☺︎ 120 minutes is the session for you if you want the works and to have plenty of time dedicated to one or two focus areas.

☺︎ Therapeutic Melt - The therapeutic session is for people struggling with acute or chronic myoskeletal issues that negatively impact sleep and daily activities.
This session is offered in 60 and 90 minute durations, and are goal oriented toward reducing pain and restoring tissue and range of motion in the affected area.
☺︎ Hybrid Melt - The hybrid session is the perfect combination of deeply restorative work for regulating the nervous system, and focus on chronic areas of tension.
This session is offered in 60, 90, and 120 minute durations.
☺︎ Nervous System Melt - This session will deeply relax you with advanced myofascial techniques, heat, and slow, broad pressure - inducing a parasympathetic response that is healing for chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, anxiety, depression, and jsut overall well-being.

☺︎ Face, Neck, & Shoulder Melt - This massage includes thorough work on the face, scalp, neck, and shoulders, as well as intra-oral work with gloves to provide profound relaxation to the tissues of the face and neck.
Offered in 60 and 90 minute session lengths, this massage is excellent for people struggling with TMJD, jaw pain, headaches & migraines, and chronic neck and shoulder tension and pain.

☺︎ Fire Cupping - Fire Cupping can be added to any Therapeutic, Hybrid, or Nervous System Session.
Fire cupping is a specialized form of cupping that uses glass cups instead of plastic or silicone, and fire to create suction. This style of cupping feels like a warm, deep release as the tissue are pulled into the cups and space is created in the fascia around chronic areas of tension.

☺︎ Assisted Stretching - Add on a 30 minute assisted stretching session to any session style for a quick, deep full body stretch to improve pain and restore mobility.
